There are lots of Realtors out there - many are great and then some are not so great.  If your deal is smooth and easy then it may not matter which you hire.  But if you have a problem then it will be critical.  Many people just pick someone off the internet without much thought.  But this is the largest financial transaction that most people will be involved in - so treat it as such!

That is why I entered real estate.  Because I had met too many Realtors that did not take themselves serious enough - let alone my money.

I was a CPA and had my own business.  I worked with high net worth clients and business owners.  On a couple of occasions I was brought in to help with a real estate transaction that was not going smoothly.  After fixing the second transaction, I decided to get my real estate license.  At first I just used it to help my own clients.  But I loved the work!
