I have continued my Real Estate education to keep up with the constantly changing marketplace.  I help my sellers and other Realtors set the stage for Open Houses, and showings using mostly what is already available in the home, keeping expenses down to a minimum.  The homes sell quicker in a very competetive market. 

I am also an Accredited Buyer Rep and a Certified Negotiation Expert and help my buyers and sellers get their best price.  I help buyers throughout the home buying process from the search, through contracts and negotiations, home inspection, bank appraisals, work with their attorneys, lending institutions, and am there at the closing, and throughout the process to answer their important questions.  Always "Making You Fell at Home".
