I do that by focusing on what is truly in the best interest of the client, rather than just closing the transaction. I would rather have a client's trust and loyalty for life than close a sale that is not in the best interest of the client. I also understand that a client's home is often their most valuable asset. As such, I have a standard of care that is unsurpassed. I regard no transaction as "routine."
Experience has shown me that extra money spent on premium quality marketing, including superior professional photography, will net the seller the best possible sale price in the shortest possible time. In today's competitive market, it is essential to differentiate a property from the competition and provide enticing photographs that compel buyers to want to see the property. My strategic, multi-media marketing program also maximizes exposure to potential buyers.

BACKGROUNDPrior to joining the Coldwell Banker team, I was a systems analyst in the clinical studies industry, providing programming and analytical services to major pharmaceutical corporate clients. I found working with these clients, who required the utmost attention to details, the most rewarding aspect of my job.
