I started working in the Real Estate industry five years ago, over the years I have learned that one of the most defining characteristics a good Real Estate agent must have is being able to listen to what their clients want, once you are able to truly understand what it is that they want you will be able to successfully find their dream home.
Over the past year the Real Estate market has gone through a huge transition, in order to adapt to this challenging market, I realized that my local market continued to be very active however most of the activity was happening on the distressed sales (REO & Short Sales) I decided to become a listing agent to financial institution and have been able to successfully market a large number of listings and continuously have over 50% of my inventory under contract, while still working with my buyers selling other agents' listings.
