I am an Associate Broker, GRI, a full time Realtor working in the Treasure Valley in Idaho. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. I was honored when I received the “Rookie of the Year Award” the first year of my real estate career. I am continually taking real estate classes to further educate myself and to be a better asset to my clients. I am currently working at Team Realty.
I have had the opportunity to help many homebuyers in the Treasure Valley sell their homes as well as find and purchase homes that they love and investors who grow their assets.
I have been working with home buyers and sellers of residential properties in Ada and Canyon County.
I love to work with first time home buyers and help them through what sometimes might seem to be a confusing process of real estate transaction. I keep them informed and educate them in the process making them understand all aspect of their biggest investment of their life.
Working with investors is a bit of a different look of the real estate market. Seasoned or not the focus is on the "bottom line" and it is a fantastic feeling to help investors with their goal of prospering in this amazing business.
When I work with sellers I feel obliged for trusting me with the sale of their home and investment. I work together with the seller to best position their property from preparing the home for the sale, pricing and marketing through the closing of the sale with constant communication.
