As you know by now my name is JT Toupin and I am a Realtor with Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors in Columbia, SC.  I moved down here from the Charlotte area, and just absolutely fell in love with Columbia.  It is a great place to live with tons of activities to fill the day. You can spend the day tailgating and then watch the Game Cocks play, visit the zoo, or float down the river.  So if Columbia sound like your kind of place come and visit, and if you decide to stay I would be more then happy to find you a home.
