Janet is respected among clients and peers for her integrity, creative marketing skills and for providing clients the guidance of the 'power' of the Internet through the tool Listing Book. Her speciality is dataBase technology/marketing for Listings.

 Janet believes knowledge is critical for decision making.  E-technology is the key tool to ascertain data. This, coupled with creative marketing experiences. Today's data driven/data centric environment, Janet finds this 'generation' of clients want to find what they want through their own sluething.

 Clients needs come first. Listening to the Voice of the Customer (VOC), insightfully assessing and then meticulous follow through to full execution. The customer centric-data driven way is a paradigm shift for Real Estate.

 How:

"Bring in the family and friends to help facilitate decisions" People love to bring their moms - dads - even dogs.  Janet has even approached owners for "sleepovers" - "why not? your going to live there for a long time. " This out of the box thinking has given her a proven true and tried track record. This centric driven philosophy puts the realtor as a guided tool or source while emphasizing the decision process to lie with the client. Janet serves both buyers and sellers with care, sensitivity and confidentiality.

Personal

Janet considers herself one of Westport's (Fairfield County's) biggest enthusiasts. Social Membership includes Shorehaven Golf Club, Sylvan Tennis, Westport Rowing Club, Covlee Street Association, Ski Bears Club. She resides on Saugatuck Shores where she has owned for over a decade. Janet is a former 'sail captain' of Tenaj and an advid gardner. She has 3 sons from ages 5 - 21 (Whittenberg, Virginia Tech, Kings Highway).  She enjoys fund raising for children's & charities.  Events such as the Bird House Auction, TOYS FOR TOTs, Michael Bolton Charities, Mickey Lione Fund are a few. She is currently authoring a children's book about Westport! 

Janet is a home owner and contractor of 4 houses in Westport. She has obtained more than $50,000 FEMA grants, bought out of Probate, and Bankruptcy.  No deal is too complicated.

FORMER WORK HISTORY:

Janet worked as a promoter for 10 years in the cosmetic industry for major retailers. While working on her MBA she spent 10 years at GE Capital in marketing and dataBase promotions for major retailers. At Capital she completed her Six Sigma Certifications.  Janet is a Certified & Tested as a "Black Belt" in Six Sigma for Process, Quality and Compliance - raising the bar. She has consulted to RBS and Experian Credit Bureaus for dataBase marketing via the DMAIC process.
