BACKGROUND:  Jim is a lifelong resident of the greater Danbury area. He currently resides in New Fairfield with his wife and high school sweetheart Laura and their teenage children Julia 17 and James 14. Jim first received his Real Estate license in 1989 when the market and economic downturns mirrored much of what we all face today. In December of 1993 he was offered a CFO& GM position for a multimedia presentation and communications agency in Manhattan. After 12 years of commuting to NYC Jim felt it was time for a change and to pursue his true passion for Real Estate.
