| Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in Papillion, NE. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: My husband and I were extremely thankful for the opportunity to work with Ms. Sturek. Her help in finishing our new construction home was paramount not only to us saving much needed money but also with working with an extremely rigid and at times confrontational builder. Although, we did not begin our home building experience with her I wish we had. We are USAF and were participating in the USAA program where they assign you a realtor. Our initial realtor unfortunately due to some details was not as helpful as we needed her to be. Thankfully, we were extremely happy and grateful that we were newly assigned to her at the last few months of our building process. I would not only refer her to my closest of family members and friends but I would encourage anyone in the market to buy, build and/or sell to use her for all her talents, expertise and wise intellect when it comes to the real estate business. In this day and age finding someone who cares and is willing to go that extra mile is rare. And within this business even more so. This is the biggest purchase and/or transaction of your life make sure you feel at peace and confident about whose hands your placing it in. We may never build again but who knows what the future holds. I just hope that when or if we do Jonie Sturek is available for us to be able to rely upon once again. |
