Jason has dedicated his life to serving others in both the public sector and private sector.  Prior to his career in Real Estate, he spent almost six years active duty in the United States Army and then continued to serve others by working in the Judicial System in the State of Texas. Jason attended the University of Florida and graduated from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. He then attended graduate school at Texas State University San Marcos.  Jason began investing in Real Estate well before he became a REALTOR® and purchased both multi-family and single-family homes.  His experience as a consumer investor has helped him as a REALTOR® in dealing with investor clients and individuals wanting to take that first step into investing in real estate.  

Jason is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bella Casa Realty and is also a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Texas.  He is a graduate of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a designation that only 19% of all REALTORS® have earned.  Jason also possesses the e-PRO® certification.  REALTORS® who have earned their e-PRO® certification are Internet Professionals that have completed extensive training using the internet.  REALTORS® with this certification are well prepared to employ the latest techniques and services to your benefit in the sale or purchase of your home or property.  According to the National Association of REALTORS®, only 2% of all REALTORS® have obtained the e-PRO® certification. Also, Jason has earned his Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification.  This certification gives Jason the needed tools and know how to deal with those clients that are behind on their mortgage payments and facing a short sale or a foreclosure.
