I am a full time Realtor. I am not here to make a few quick bucks at the seller's or buyer's expense. My communication skills, background and education have made my ability to create strong marketing programs for selling your home quickly and for the highest price I can. I market to everyone, most importantly, other agents! That's one area where many agents fail. I won't. Broker's open houses further enhances the exposure of your property to agents who have buyers. They can then speak intelligently to their customers about your property. I will use that method as well as the internet: I have 5 internet sights to market your property. The internet is where most people begin their search for a home: you have to be there--I will make it so. Print media is used in a directed manner, using pointed presentations to prospective cutomers, not just someone who may come across an ad in the paper. Throughout the process, I will treat your home like my own and negotiate from that strong position. Finally, and most importantly, I recognize we are a team and communication is most important. That's why I am comfortable saying that if we ever decide we don't want to be a team anymore, our contract will be over -- no strings, no argument.
Certifications
I like to help first-time buyers, because I haven't forgotten the first time I bought a house. Now, it's more difficult and complicated than ever. Laws have changed, technology has changed, we have changed -- everything is faster and more rides on doing it right the first time. Along with first-time buyers, this focus is necessary for any customer. I would do nothing less whether this is your first home or the dream home you've worked hard to finally achieve. I have sold and helped people get into the condo, townhouse and home of their dreams and look forward to doing the same for all my clients.
