Joe received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. He worked as a Sales Manager for a national hotel chain and later as the Project Coordinator for a property development company, before entering the Real Estate industry in 2002 in prestigious Fairfield County, Connecticut. Real Estate has proven to be a natural fit for Joe, and he has excelled in the field, receiving top honors in sales production each year since he began. He relies on his education and corporate experience to bring a higher level of professionalism and communication to his valued clients.

Joe lives in Cornelius where he is active in the Lake Community. He specializes in the Lake Norman area as well as Greater Charlotte and the surrounding areas. He practices residential real estate as well as commercial, and has served all manner of clients, from large land developers to first-time home buyers.
