This past year Russ and I made the move over to McGuirk Realty, I still specialize in commercial real estate but now I am able to sell residential. I am working on getting my CCIM designation and my brokers license. I also am looking forward to getting my builders license soon. I started in the business several years ago with an investment business (rental homes) during which I became a mortgage broker. I have always wanted to sell real estate and I had the opportunity to sell commercial with Russ Osborne who has been a great teacher. Althought people are asking me why I would like to start my own brokerage commercial,residential, and management.
