When I bought my first home I was completely green. It was a horrific experience.  Ironically, I "fell" into my escrow career right after the closing of my own home. Because of my past personal experience, I see and work with compassion towards my clientele. I always strive to be the best Escrow Officer I can, with empathy and integrity, while enjoying the journey with my clients along the way. I made a pledge to myself that I would always be cheerful, helpful and grateful. For me, it is all about the RELATIONSHIPS. Yes, I am great at running an escrow and I believe that my reputation speaks for this, however, if it weren't for connecting with people (Agents, Buyers, Seller, Title, Lenders & Third Party Providers), my days would not be as rewarding.

I have always worked for an Independent Escrow Company.  My first experience in the industry was with Escrow Exchange West in Beverly Hills, and I stayed for approximately 12 years.  My next experience was  at Escrow of the West where I maintained my desk for approximately 1 and 1/2 years.  I have since made my home at American Trust Escrow, another independent escrow company, and I intend to be here for the remainder of my escrow career.  It is hard to beleive that I have been in the business for over 13 years, and still counting!

When I began my career,  I was fortunate enough to have trained under best people who still have great reputations and they have been in the business for over 40 years! Most importantly, because I am still with an Independent Company, I am a neutral third party through and through. I thrive on building long lasting relationships and connecting with people. To me, it is all about teamwork, building relationships and enjoying every step of the way.
