| We found Joe through our Real Estate agent. From the very first interaction with Joe, we could tell we were working with someone who knew the ins and outs of the mortgage business. He is easy to get a hold of, quick to respond, and always has the answer to the MILLION questions we asked. I can't express how happy we were with how the transaction went from start to finish. | I was referred to Joseph Rose through a friend who was also a mortgage broker before buying my second home. From the start, he made sure that I was well-informed and in the loop. In the end we were approved for a mortgage, and closed in less than 2 month. Compared to my previous home buying experience, I didn't know closing on a house can be this pain-free and easy. Even after we closed the house, Joseph followed up to see how we were doing and that is why I have and will continue to recommend them to friends. |

| I cannot say enough about how highly I recommend Joe. Going through the financial piece of buying a house can be frustrating, challenging irritating, stressful, and just about any other negative adjective you can think. Luckily Joe takes all of that and shoulders the load for you, while at the same time explaining everything to you throughout the process in a way you can understand. I am 27 and expect timely responses from people. Joe usually responds to me within the hour, the man is a machine. The first house we bought was a foreclosure. When we were trying to close we were waiting and waiting and waiting to finish. As we got closer to the end of the business day and the fear of not being able to close was creeping in, Joe called the lender so many times they couldn't take and had to respond to us. When we bought our second house we threw Joe a major curve ball and he didn't skip a beat finding a way for us to still buy the house of our dreams. I can honestly say we would not be in the position we are today if it hadn't been for Joe. I typically don't hand out references, but at one point I found myself begging people to use him just because we think so highly of him. When you buy a house don't waste your time on big banks, and don't say it's just another mortgage broker what's the difference? You should hire someone that cares MORE than you do. We were so lucky to have been sent to Joe and really believe that he is the best at what he does. |

| I was introduced to Joe by my real estate broker and have used him twice since to refinance my property. He is very knowledgeable and eager to explain the information to help you better understand the process. I was especially impressed when I heard from him a few years after I was living at my new address. He had been watching the market and called to see if I wanted to refinance. Now that's a great agent! |

| I'm in the insurance business and every year I deal with hundreds of different loan officers when helping my clients with their insurance for a closing. Recently, my wife and I decided to buy a new house and when it came time to decide on which loan officer to work with, Joe Rose was the one that I wanted to work with because I was always impressed with his knowledge of the mortgage business. | It was truly a pleasure to have Joe Rose as our mortgage broker. I highly recommend him. The paperwork required for a mortgage can be very confusing, but Joe was able to help guide us through all the questions we had. He was very responsive and made sure not to only email an answer, but if it was complicated in nature, he would follow it up with a phone call as well. He also made sure to keep us on track by proactively notifying us of upcoming due dates and making sure we did not miss any critical deadlines. He was very helpful even with questions we had that didn't fall into the responsibility of a mortgage broker. We are very glad he was recommended to us and will pass his information along to anyone we know who is looking for a broker. |
