Josie was born and raised in Maine, but was always drawn to the Atlantic coast beaches. 

 She spent time traveling from the eastern most point of the US to the southern most point before
 happily making  her home at the beautiful Jersey Shore. A graduate of James Madison University
in 2009, Josie worked in hospitality and service in Key West, Florida after graduation before
beginning her career in real estate as an administrator and rental manager. Josie believes
 being an agent means being a tireless advocate and a problem solver.  She has innate desire to
understand her clients and work on their behalf to find the home that is perfect for them
