Get to Know Josephine Liascas
I don't have any trouble writing about myself. I am a lady who truly enjoys her profession. I have been in sales all my working years and now, I can add 19 years in Real Estate to my credit My very dear friend and mentor, Bill Reinhardt the owner of Fillmore R.E., convinced me that the real estate industry was something I would enjoy. He was right!. Although it took time to learn, I knew immediately it was "for me". I was guided by some of the best in the business and after 5 years, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. That was also a very good learning experience and 2 years later, I was promoted to Manager of my "own office" and had 28 people working at that time. I believe that to be a success, in any undertaking, you have to "work at it", and "love it". And I do!. In 2010, I was promoted to Vice President and re-located to our Headquarters on Avenue U in Sheepshead Bay. For the past 4 years I have enjoyed working with a team of agents and making sure all the things Bill Reinhardt taught me, are passed on to them! In my spare time, I enjoy dinner with my friends, traveling every chance I can and finally spending time with my family. I have a pretty full life, a wonderful man who I shave my life with and I do my best to enjoy every minute of it.....As a Capricorn, I love adventure and I don't want to miss a thing! I am a "Residential Associate Broker". My purpose is to give a seller an honest estimate of their home and then bring a buyer who is qualified to make an offer that would be acceptable to the seller. I have sold some very high end properties, but I prefer to sell the "medium" priced homes. First of all, there are more of them. Secondly, these homes are being bought by first time home buyers and that to me is excitement enough. The Mom and Dad finally have their own space and the kids and the dog have the rest of the house. To me it is rewarding to know that you have assisted in making someone's lives better and have assisted them in finding what they can afford. Yes, that's what I call fulfillment and satisfaction. Doing something positive and making the world, and the people in it, happier. These are the things I love.
