Joshua Matthews started his career in real estate back in 2002 when the market was strong as an opportunity to help build his investment portfolio. He quickly realized he enjoyed the field over his current position as a manager for a local branch of a national chain store and made the switch to full time. Being a full time, full service agent for over a decade now, growing his business year after year in a declining market, Joshua found himself as a Director on the Strafford County Board of Directors in 2009 and is currently sitting on the Ethics Committee for Strafford County. At his office in Keller Williams, an agency of over 165 agents, he sat on the companies Agent Leadership Council, a board of directors of sorts, for four years and helped make decisions for the company’s direction and participated in many opportunities to teach on a variety of topics. More recently, Joshua has continued to see opportunities in the current real estate market and has taken on a full time Buyer’s agent, Paul Carrier, and has taken on an admin/assistant to help with the flood of incoming paperwork required from all the new business he continues to find. Certifications

As a real estate investor I can help with the location of positive cash flow properties, but my heart is working with both buyers and sellers of single family homes.  It feels more personal to me and like I'm helping someone achieve their goals.  I've also sold new construction and developments and raw land as well.
