I have been a loan officer in the Springfield area for 16 years now. I am the Branch Manager of a nationwide Mortgage Bank called Franklin American Mortgage Company. We underwrite all of our conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans. We draw our own docs and fund our own loans. I specialize in government financing which are FHA, VA, and USDA loans. I also do Conventional mortgages. Most of my business is purchase business from Realtors and I work mostly with first time home buyers. I still offer 100% financing on a special loan that we at Franklin American Mortgage and are delegated to underwrite ourselves. No down payment required. It's a 30 year fixed loan with conventional interest rates. It has low monthly mortgage insurance and a 620 credit score minimum requirement for qualified areas. It is a great program! Veterans there is 100% financing available for those who qualify. 620 mid score required and has NO monthly mortgage insurance.
