I do enjoy and truly believe in the Real Estate investments. I've been an active real estate professional and investor since 2000. The first years of my career I started out in the mortgage part and in 2004 I made the switch to the sales side as a full time real estate sales agent. At the same time I decided to joint to a big real estate player and I did sign up with Prudential Real Estate, since then I have found that the company is like a family with a lot to offer to clients and associates. Now that we are experiencing this change in the market I can see the best part of being associated with a this great company.

My experience is with residential properties and commercial REO's; I would say that working with first time buyers is the best part for the career because is where everyone starts, is like the ABC in real estate. I think that there is a lot of rresponsibility while working with any segment, but particularly with first time home buyers because they need more help than the seasoned investor. So, I always take the time to explain and help them understand the different steps of the home buying process.

Currently am working with Commercial REO's in California's Central Valley. Covering Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced Counties. In the last 24 months I've seen many properties facing foreclosure, every week am doing Commercial BPO's and doing assesments for the lender.
