I've been in the business for a few years now...enough to see the market make a couple of changes already.  Some good, some bad.  I believe in making the best out of any situation, though, so I've done well by my clients during it all.

 I've been in the restaurant/bar business for over 15 years, now, so it's safe to say I relate well to people and their needs/requests.  And finally, my wife and I bought and sold 3 properties from a condo to a small cape to a larger colonial in just a few years.  So if anyone can empathize with clients and what they're going through...it's this guy right here!

 I'm 33 years old and I love technology.  If you handed me a device with over 20 buttons and lights and told me that it was for real estate...I'd say "How much?....doesn't matter!"  I know my way around the computer, but I can't write software.  In this age of technology I think it's important to stay on top of the ever-changing world of technology especially since it's made its way into the real estate world.

 I am also in the early stages of getting an associates degree in American Sign Language.  I'm hoping to become an interpreter and also be able to help the deaf community in their real estate needs, as well as other needs.
