I've always been great with numbers and even better at planning things but most of all my gift is teaching others. I was in the restaurant industry for a decade where I developed inventory tracking systems and planned events like wine dinners and corporate dine arounds. I ventured into Wine Distribution where I managed wine lists and inventories for hundreds of hotels, restaurants and fine wine shops and educating staff members on my products.
I always wanted to get into real estate but I found it difficult to leave the Food & Wine industry. My wife Beth and I started a family and decided that this was the time to begin my career in loan origination. I haven't looked back since.
Originating loans and planning my client's financial future fits perfectly with what I'm most passionate about - teaching. Both my parents were elementary school teachers so it's in my blood I guess.
I work independently for a large mortgage broker out of Irvine, CA. My office is in sunny Temecula, CA and only 3 miles from wine country. I haven't strayed that far from my other passion - wine - but I'll keep that to a minimum and of course after working hours!

To keep business alive for my appraisers, all of my clients in declining market areas have received a letter from me informing them on how to reduce their property tax assessment. I involve my appraisers in the transaction, thus creating business and keeping them IN business. Insurance Agents, Attorneys, General Contractors - Again, the Mortgage Concierge helps those in need of these services or allows me to refer my clients to my Agent partners in their area
