I work hard, play hard and enjoy cultivating relationships with clients.  Been investing in real estate since I was 24 yrs old.  14 properties later, I have managed to build up a good business portfolio.  I use my knowledge to teach my client sphere the same. Whether its your first home, second home or an investment to rent out, we cover it all.  Nothing is more satisfying than a smile and a thank you from one who is pleased with my services and work ethics.  Most of my business stems from repeat clients, getting referrals from past clients and friends and cultivating new clients from the attending many networking events.  A member of CABO, the first GLBT chamber in CT, a Director on the local Board of realtors, a Co-Chair of the Cancer Relay for Life walk for 5 yrs, and the sole owner of www.JoZevents.com where Women are offered a place to mingle, cultivate relationships in a fun environment.  Always looking to make a difference.  Resides with her partner, 3 adorable cats and plenty of wildlife.  Looking forward to growing wealth for anyone who has time to listen!
