Over the past 24 years I have been selling residential real estate for the same company and just had my most successful year to date with 13 million in sales. With a degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a background in construction I found my calling for a perfect career fit to enjoy and thrive. My wife, Mary Beth, and I are raising 4 young men(14-20yrs) to reach their potential. Mary Beth is a licensed realtor who helps expand my business while keeping the boys on track.
I have lived in Chester Springs, PA since 1996 and worked in the same Malvern, Pa office since starting in the business back in 1987. My market area within the Philadelphia suburbs emcompasses Chester County, Delaware County and Montgomery County. I have focused on representing motivated sellers, which comprise 70% of my average yearly business.
