North Idaho is an amazing part of country and due to our national exposure in media as a four season resort community, we have people moving here from all over the country. I really enjoy assisting sellers by educating them on their neighborhood market. It is so important to hire an agent who is a consultant first so that you remain in control of the home selling process. On the other side, for HOME BUYERS, it is essential to make sure they get access to ALL the homes on the market which are the best fit for them and their families.
