As a Centum Mortgage Brokerage we work with over 30 lenders enabling us to finance Commercial and Residential clients in a wide range of finance products. Leasing is available to both Commercial and Residential clients.
We offer mortgages with up to 40 year amortizations, and terms of 6 months to 10 years. Various solutions for various credit situations. We service applicants with credit ranging from AAA+ to Sub-Prime for your client's financing needs.
Nexus Gate Ventures is different from other mortgage brokers in many ways. We want to be known for being the ‘Go-To People' when a client has needs, not just a place to get their mortgage approved. We do not charge brokerage fees to our residential mortgage clients as we are paid by the banks*.
