Prior to becoming a real estate professional I was in law enforcement for over 12 years, so helping people has always been a passion of mine. Only now my commitment to "serve and protect" will be strictly on your behalf.
But more than being a real estate professional I consider myself a customer service professional. I will not only buy or sell a home for you, I will do everything possible to earn the right to represent you, your family and your friends, in all of your future real estate needs.
As a cop I often had to put the interest of others before my own. My fiduciary reponsibilities as an agent require the same commitment. Regardless of whether I am your Agent on a purchase or a sale, I will always represent you to the fullest. My loyalty to my clients extends from our initial agreement, to the closing table, and beyond. I sincerely look forward to considering you a client and a friend for many years to come.

I am a certified EcoBroker. Therefore, I focus on residential properties that are either already energy efficient, or look for homes that can benefit from "green" technologies. Upon locating homes, and working with lenders who provide energy efficient mortgage products, I love to find my buyers their dream home that has the added feature of helping to sustain the planet.
I am also better positioned to sell energy efficient homes in that I can better market and explain such features, and I focus on attracting "green buyers."
I will donate 5% of all commissions in 2012 to charity. Choose from The Urban Farm, Veterans Green Jobs, The Logan School, or a charity of your own.
