WE charge a Flat Fee of $50. NOT 10%
We Charge a $200. one time fee to be paid to agents that secure the tenant. Others charge a full months rent and another half at any renewals While paying 10% of the rental price to agent securing the tenants no wonder it takes so long to rent your home.
Example Your Home rents for $1000. we charge a one time fee of $200. for find you a tenant while the charge you $1000. and then if your tenant renews we charge you 0, they charge you another $500.
We have a Property Manager with over 15 years experience. We utilize a minium of three experts in every field, such as A/C, Plumbers, Electricians and Handymen so as to get the landlords a better price.
Our repair people make every attempt to get the repairs done within 24 hours where some companies take days if not weeks. Our PM is contracted with Landlords get things done now not having to chase down Landlords and begging for repair money. We hold reserves to get the job done now.
Property Management for $50 Flat fee monthly with no other hidden cost. Renters are taking advantage of our Smooth Move Program, Free use of our Moving Van or a $25. Gift Certificate.
