Growing up in Central New Jersey, I moved to Tennessee to attend college and have resided in Middle Tennessee for over 22 years mostly right here in the greater Nashville area. After 29 years in Corporate America as a Sales & Marketing Executive for several Fortune 100 and Privately Held Companies, I became a Custom Home Builder focused on building larger upscale homes. When the market for these homes underwent significant change in 2007, I turned my focus towards residential and commercial real estate where I could use my building expertise to help my clients find their dream home, and my business partners make wise investment purchases in an ever changing market. While helping clients purchase or sell Luxury Homes is a key speciality, I also assist financial institutions in moving REO properties. I carry the National Association of Realtors designation SFR - Short Sale-Foreclosure Resource.
