I am passionate about two things: my grandchildren and my business. I first became a real estate agent because I wanted unlimited access to the MLS to identify fix and keep investments. All of my research into the business, my area, real estate groups and associated professionals showed me an unmet need. I have since aligned my businesses to fulfill that need. I have Cincero Investment Properties, Inc., Cincero Properties, LLC and my agent business Jodywallrealtor.com. My primary focus is working with investors. My husband and I are set to build LEED residential housing in neighborhoods that are turning around. How we got to this position is a great story in itself. I love what I do and I love that my whole family is in it together. My seven year old granddaughter wants to be an interior designer and work for Cincero. I am excited to find Active Rain and others in the profession who want to connect and grow. Truthfully, I was a little disappointed with agents. They tend to stay in clicks and socialize with people they already know. I felt like handing out free copies of Dale Carnegie's book. I have learned more from Active Rain University than in 2 years of Real Estate classes. The blogs and comments impressed me. The caliber of people this site attracts is a incredible.
