| Working with Joanna Darmanin and her team was a great experience. I can not stress enough the benefits of having a team behind you during your home buying experience. Our home buying experience overlapped a conference that Joanna needed to attend but since we were working with her and her team there was a seamless transition into continuing our hunt in her absence. While she was out we worked with her team member Cathy VanGorder and she was amazing. We ending up finding our home on our second walk though with Cathy and closing less than 25 days later. If Joanna did not have a rockstar team behind her we might have missed out on the home of our dreams. | Joanna was so personable that when we met her at an open house that she was hosting, we knew that she was the perfect fit for my husband and I. Besides the fact that she was knowledgeable and sweet, she had team of people available so that we could view any house that we were interested in ON DEMAND (which was a high priority for two full-time working parents). In addition, when our motrtgage broker was too lazy to answer my questions, Joanna stepped up to help us out. Not only did she help us find our dream home, she made the sale of our existing home (at the time) seamless! We LOVE Joanna and her Kelker Williams team! |

| OMG Joanna is amazing! She stuck with us until we found the right house! She was more than excited to show us houses anywhere in the Metro Detroit area -- each door we opened, she helped us s ee the potential and see the flaws. And then we found our house... She saw what we saw and was totally excited for us! Our first house has plenty of potential, she listened as we told her our design plans even from day one! Joanna was awesome once we made the decision on our house. She was excited to count out the miles we'd have to drive to and from work (which are next to none!). She was excited when we got closer to closing on the house -- Getting the inspection done and taking my deposit money -- so easy. She was there precisely when we needed her, always with a smile on her face. Besides all of the other things that I've chatted about Joanna -- I absolutely admire her personality. Happy, excitable, easy to talk with, professional, down to earth, easy to relate to, diligent, optimistic and downright awesome. | I highly recommend Joanna, regardless if you are buying or selling. Joanna is helpful, supportive, persistent and offers honest advice on the moves you should make. She definitely is not a high -pressure, disingenuous 'sales-type,' telling you want you want to hear or steering you in an uncomfortable direction, but someone that wants to work with you to understand and eventually get your desired results. She helped me sell a home that needed some work before the sale went through, as the work progressed she made sure that the prospective buyer was well-informed and offered me her suggestions to make everything work out for the best. | Joanna saved our deal. We had a really difficult time closing with Chase because of their overkill underwriting department (so many mistakes made), so she recommended a smaller, more local bank that had us closed in 13 days! Also, because we were new to the area she provided a complete list of experts to call for different kinds of maintenance needs. Finally, I felt she always had my best interest in mind when making the deal. She was truly fun, funny and a delight to work with. Her patience was perfectly balanced with her pressure of the right people at the right time. Couldn't have been happier (I've bout 7 homes all over the country and she was the best realtor to deal with!!). |

| I have purchased 5 properties in the Detroit metro area in the past year (3 in Ferndale, 1 in Hazel Park, and 1 in Midtown Detroit), and Joanna has been my agent for all 5. She is a fantastic a gent-super responsive, trustworthy, honest, and she has great market knowledge; excellent negotiating skills. Four of the five properties were foreclosures and though some of them could have been logistical nightmares because I live out of state, Joanna made the whole process go smoothly! She is on top of every detail and I feel so lucky to have her as my agent. When I bought my apartment in New York, my agent was a disaster and I was nervous about finding someone good when I started buying in Detroit. I found Joanna through USAA's relocation services, and she is THE BEST! | Joanna was referred to me by a friend and it was honestly the best decision I could have made to choose her! I had a short list of must haves but saw a few houses more than once and Joanna was more than accommodating. Joanna was also more than accommodating with my need to see houses on a weekend! | I cannot say enough positive things about Joanna. I listed my house in Royal Oak with Joanna and it sold in 2 days, I was thinking at the time the offer came in..WOW Joanna had it easy, only 2 days. I had no idea that the work for an agent is really just beginning at this point. The inspection,appraisal,closing issues/paperwork, etc are all next. Joanna kept me continually informed and was never bothered by all my concerns and questions. She was always available via phone/text/e-mail and always got back to me promptly. Even after closing, she reached out to me to see if I received certain distributions outside of the closing(homeowners/escrow/water/etc.) I currently live in Florida and she made the whole process seamless.
