Jaime M Hernandez Jr. is a real estate broker known in the industry for reliability and capability to deliver results. Prior to entering into his real estate career, Jaime Jr. sold medical capital equipment successfully for more than ten years. It was in this business that he learned to interact with clients in an effective manner acquiring the sharp acumen that is serving him so well in the business of real estate. He transitioned to a career in real estate because he had always enjoyed helping people. Looking for a way to directly impact their happiness and their futures, he saw real estate as a way to create a massive amount of positive energy for the people around him. Under the mentoring and affiliation with his Father’s company, Jaime Jr. is improving and developing necessary skills to let the client come first in achieving their goals using “state of the art” techniques in an effective manner.
Jaime Jr. started his real estate career with Windermere Real Estate, training in their office, before taking a position at HomeSmart Realty Services. This year he joined Seattle Consultant, LLC, a company started by his father, Jaime Sr., and in operation for the last 10 years.
Jaime Jr. has been a resident of Seattle since 1986. He enjoys golfing and traveling, and he's constantly on the lookout for new ways that can improve his manner of doing business and contributing to the community. He is concentrating on finding development properties for several builders, and developing his property management skills which goes well with finding suitable properties for clients, as well as divestiture for clients.

In addition, he gave us some recommendation and suggestions about the places to visit in the city and answer our questions which was about our to do list. The apartment was amazing clean and as Robin said " make it feel like you are visiting a friend." The location was convenient. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends." |

| "Jaime set us up nicely, took good care of us, and we really appreciate it. It is a great location with parking. Although we hadn't planned on it, the fireworks on the 4th of July was a real treat. Lake Union is extremely close. The location is easy to get to downtown, neighborhood bars and restaurants, and a snap to get to and from the airport. The space is clean with great views of Lake Union and downtown Seattle. It's very spacious and a welcome spot to relax." |

| "Jaime was a wonderful and accommodating host! The apartment was spacious with large windows facing Lake Union. There was some construction going on across the street, but this is to be expected with the growth in Seattle (especially in the Upper Queen Anne neighborhood). The view , while beautiful, is not the same as the photos due to the newly developed neighboring town homes. The apartment was fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities. The TV/cable/video games were nice to have during our down time. Jaime was very flexible. We arrived late due to rental car issues and traffic, and Jaime was very understanding. Our original return flight was cancelled due to weather, and fortunately Jamie's place was available for one extra night. He even allowed us a late check out the next day. The location is amazing. Upper Queen Anne is very centrally located to Lower Queen Anne, Downtown, Capitol Hill, Magnolia, Fremont and Ballard. We were able to easily access all the areas we wanted to visit during our trip. The off-street parking spot is a definite plus! Thank you for your hospitality, Jaime! We will highly recommend you to anyone travelling to Seattle." |

| "Jaime, was a great host. He made us feel welcome and was fun to talk to. He gave us some tips on places to go, things to see, good eats, etc. He even offered to have drinks with us while we were there, but unfortunately, we didn't have any down time when we could get together. He checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. We enjoyed the bottle of wine he had waiting for us and enjoyed the cable TV when winding down late at night after super busy days. His apartment is roomy, the bed and furniture were comfortable. We felt safe where the apartment was located, and there was a bus stop right across the street which was very handy. It was within walking distance to the Fremont District part of Seattle. The neighborhood was residential and quiet. The views were a little off because of construction, but still a nice view. The dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Thanks Jaime!" |

| Jaime Jr. helped me purchase my first home, which ended up being a FSBO. I found him to be extremely reliable, quick and responsive in regards to buying and selling real estate.
