For over 30 years, Jeff Burns has enjoyed a successful career in the  Real Estate Development and Design-Build Construction Industries. After his Architectural Design education at Temple University, he began his career in construction specializing in retail and hospitality developments. He gained experience with site selection, leasing, property management and investment analysis which vaulted him into a valuable development team member for Rutland Resort     Properties. He also engaged in high-end residential design and construction providing entries in Colorado and Florida Parade of Homes. Mr. Burns currently holds contractors licenses in Florida and Colorado as well as a Florida Real Estate License.
