Get to Know Marian Lancaster

I am Marian Lancaster and my official title is "New Home Sales Consultant" for Fred Williams Homebuilder. I'm here to help you find your perfect home including site, floorplan and upgrade selections, as well as assist you with financing options and all of the small details involved in moving. Even if you're not quite ready to buy yet, I can help get you on track.

I have been licensed as a Realtor in Georgia since 2008, and I was licensed as a real estate broker in Florida in 1998. I grew up in Georgia and moved back in 2001 to be closer to family. I am an Army brat, so it would be a stretch to call me a native, but I love this area and everything that it offers. I enjoy helping buyers find a home, and making new friends along the way.
