A buyer or seller would want to work with me because I would always put their best interest at heart and am trustworthy. I provide the best service possible and enjoy educating my clients so they make comfortable, informed decisions. I build relationships with my clients as their trusted advisor and commit to doing annual reviews of their equity positions. I also build relationships with other parties involved in a purchase and believe strongly in keeping everyone in the loop and informed.
In addition to areas of expertise in One Time Closes and Jumbo loans, I also have great commercial loan programs for almost any commercial financing need - both purchase and refi.
My focus is in relationships, therefore, I am experienced in a wide range of financing programs. I have had a lot of experience with One Time Closes because I have worked with a lot of clients that have built their dream homes and wanted to have the interim financing interest to write off instead of the Builder using his own credit and write-offs. Jumbo loans are more complicated and I have had a large percentage of my clients that fall into the jumbo category -- therefore, I have developed an expertise in dealing with the high-end financing needs. Despite that, I love being of service to and educating the first time home buyers just like I love working with people that desparately need the assistance of someone they can trust.
