| I would strongly recommend Jody to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bryan/College Station area. Jody gave my direct advice on how to to best prepare my house for sale. She had all the right people to handle minor and major repairs. My house was on the market for 13 days and I got 98.7% of my asking price. |
