Real Estate is my second career, my first was in Finance and the Securities market.  I have been a licensed full-time Realtor since 2002 and love what I do for a living - even in challenging markets.  For my Sellers, I work very hard to get them the most money for their property.  For my Buyers, I will not give up until we find the best property for their needs in their price range.  I do not pressure my clients or customers and have lots of repeat business.  I am an excellent negotiator and represent my clients with honesty and integrity.  I live in Kalkaska County and love the area.  I know almost every one of the ninety lakes in the area and am familiar with all the intricasies of the full real estate transaction. 

I have worked very hard to grow a reputation of being honest and a good communicator.  I stay relevant on all industry changes.  I am on the the Board of Directors and am Past President of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors.  I volunteer my time for activities such as Habitat for Humanity, Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy and my local Realtor Association.  If you are looking to buy or sell in Kalkaska County, I am the Realtor for you!
