For Jim, the transition was fairly natural. For nearly 25 years, he worked at Warner Bros Records, taking on the responsibilities of Sr. VP of Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Advertising. In those roles, he formed meaningful, long-lasting relationships with recording artists, agents, managers and business executives.
