Christina is a licensed real estate broker who has held her North Carolina Real Estate license since she moved to the shores of Lake Norman in1993. Originally from upstate New York, she also has deep roots in Kansas City and Florida. Christina began selling new homes and sold out the communities she worked in, and in record time. With a passion and love for ranch style homes, she has made finding properties that suit people with special requirements her specialty. When she teamed up with her husband Jim they immediately won the prestigious Top New Team award for one of the largest Real estate offices in the Charlotte area. Jim has lived and worked in the Lake Norman area for over 16 years now and specializes in Lake area communities that include: Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Troutman, Denver and Sherrill's Ford. Originally from Boston, he went to school in Texas, lived in Telluride, Colorado and in San Jose, California and met Christina in Florida. Jim has held his North Carolina license since 1994 and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina. After a successful career selling new homes he went into the Commercial Real Estate business buying, selling and leasing Commercial Properties and has worked in residential and commercial investment properties ever since. Jim's extensive business travels has taken him from the Midwest to the West coast and up and down the Eastern seaboard where he has met some of the most delightful people imaginable, none more friendly than the folks right here in North Carolina.
