Always had a passion for Real Estate. Finally, I am pursuing RE as a "permanent" 2nd Career.  I spent 25 years in the Engineering Field, working for Hughes Aircraft Company as a Design Engineer in the Missile Systems. The Co. moved to Tucson, AZ and merged with Raytheon Missile Systems. Stayed in Tucson for ten (10) years and finally decided to retire from that field.

Outside of the Engineering Field, I have bought and sold Residential RE, built couple of Custom Homes, and performed numerous remodelling projects that include my current home. These experiences can provide guidance and perspective relative to the building integrity as well safety to the prospective clients.
