| We recently just got a home. We had a situation where i really doubted we would be able to afford what we wanted. I was willing to settle feeling it was pretty much impossible to hope for more. Jill however did not. She knew if we looked hard enough we would find the perfect home for us. With lots of patience and persistence from Jill and her team we were able to find a home that we love and will stay in for a long time. Thank you! I will also add that this is the sixth home that has been bought within my extended family with Jill as the realtor. We love her and will always know where to go when we need help finding a home! |

| She was able to sell our house immediately for the price we wanted. The effort she put into helping us stage our home and the quality of photography and video she took of our home, made it an easy sell. With our home selling so quickly, we were very nervous about finding the perfect home to move into in time. She dedicated a lot of time coming up with multiple options. She did not try to sell us anything we didn't like, in fact she discouraged us about persuing anything we didn't immediately fall in love with. Once we found what we liked, she was able to negotiate amazing things we hadn't even thought of asking for. Every time we seemed to run into a roadblock, she made it into an advantage for us. Even after our sale was complete she has stayed in contact and gone above and beyond any obligations she had. |
