How many people can honestly say they love what they do? I know that I, for one, can. As a Realtor®, it is my job to be an advocate for my clients. I work with a lot of first time home buyers, and very few of them have any idea about the process of buying a home.While I do work with many first time home buyers, I specialize in eXisting home sales and bank owned properties. It is my passion to educate buyers and sellers in the process.    I was born and raised in Iredell County so I know the area well, and that is a huge asset to my buyers and sellers. Knowing the area well and the markets in those areas bring an expertise that many agents simply do not have. I have several years of experience, many of those in a depressed market and still have had great success. I am a big believer in education, and feel it is important to stay abreast of the issues that this market has had to deal with, and then tackle them head on. I am a Realtor® which means that I am held to a very high code of ethics, I have completed the NOVA training program, and I am a member of the Master Sales Society, in which I received an award for exceptional productivity. I also consistently rank in the top 3 most productive agents in our office.
