| I rate Jon Klein very highly for several reasons. First, he had the guts to list and market my house based on its own merits versus what the average sales prices were in my specific community. This lead to a final sales price that was significantly higher than anything sold in the community in over 10 years. Jon never lost confidence that my house would eventually sell at around his suggested list price. Second, Jon has a very capable assistant, Sheila, who was always there for me and answered all my questions, even those emailed on the weekends. Sheila was my support and helped guide me through the details of the process. In summary, it was an excellent experience and I'm very grateful to Jon for getting me through the trauma and drama of selling my beloved home of 18 years and setting me on course for new life experiences. |

| We had our home on the market with two other Parkland agents for over 6 months. Our home was 3 years old and was competing with the new construction. The other two realtors were full of excuses and made us show our home to tons of people who were not even qualified to purchase a home. We then decided to call Jon and explained to him everything that we had gone through with the other realtors. We signed with Jon and told him exactly how we wanted to show our home and when. Jon brought us a contract with a "qualified" buyer in just a couple of weeks. Although the buyer was not easy, Jon and Sheila, his assistant, helped us through the entire process and we were able to close successfully. Highly recommend Jon and his entire team! |

| Wow! I picked the right agent from a gut feeling. John is an expert in the Coral Springs/Parkland area. There are literally hundreds of agents to choose from so how do you know who is right for you? Jon is down to earth and from the moment I met him I felt he was honest with me.
