Jordan Gouger has had a successful career in the information technology industry spanning over a decade, with many successfully delivered enterprise applications. Throughout his career he has had to work with people that have differing levels of technical and project knowledge. This experience has taught him to always put the customer’s wants and needs first, and to work tirelessly on their behalf as their advocate. It has also taught him how to develop marketing techniques for differing audiences, such as identifying who the decision maker is, and gathering the key players necessary in order to deliver a successful result. 

Due to his previous occupation, Jordan has a unique ability to work with customers that need a lot of guidance, and others that are experts in their line of work. He is a constant student of the ever-changing real estate industry in Austin, and reads about the trends and patterns affecting our market. He has attended many of the annual home tours around town and has learned about urban farming, backyard chickens, and green architecture from these. 

The inspiration to pursue a career in real estate was inspired by his mother, who is a top-producing agent in Las Vegas, NV. 

Jordan is originally from Houston and has lived in Austin for almost 10 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family at the many wonderful swimming holes and rivers that are available in Austin while chasing after his toddler.
