When it comes to success for Jason Gavadza, it’s not just defined by his 2000 NFL Super Bowl ring. It’s defined by the preparation, sacrifice, setting goals, believing in & competing for them…despite your challenges or failures, to realize your dreams. Following this definition of success is what has allowed Jason to surpass all of his goals. As a keynote & motivational speaker, Jason shares his stories of perseverance & the need for a positive outlook through difficult times, failures & roadblocks to audiences across North America. “I want to truly connect with my audience– to show them why they too need to dream & believe that they can reach their dreams; whatever they may be,” says Jason. “You must persevere & continue to grow in every situation, regardless of what life throws your way.” In 2000, Jason was drafted by the Pittsburg Steelers only to face failure after failure as he lead a pinball existence, bouncing from one NFL team to another, until he landed with the Baltimore Ravens & in 2000 earned his Super Bowl ring. Eight NFL teams & the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europe later, Jason suffered a serious shoulder injury & was forced to retire for 2 years. Instead of sitting & waiting for his shoulder to heal, he took this opportunity to return to school & earn his Real Estate license. In 2004 after surgery, Jason’s football career was given a second chance & he joined the BC Lions organization, this time finding his way to the CFL’s Grey Cup. Jason has taken his desire, faith, specialized knowledge, imagination, decisiveness, persistence & discipline learned throughout his life & applied it to the business of Real Estate, enabling him to become a top-performing realtor. Today he shares his business acumen & life lessons with corporate executives, business owners & managers to help them reach their business and personal goals. Jason also donates his time by speaking to youth groups & charities about perseverance through adversity & following their dreams.
