My job is to provide you the most professional and accurate service in the industry.  I've dedicated myself to being the most knowledgeable and well rounded real estate professional you can find.  My education is constantly continuing as you can see from the list of courses and certifications below. 

I began my real estate career during the height of the housing boom and quickly became a student of the industry.  In 2004 I received my salesperson license from the California Department of Real Estate.  And in 2008 I completed the rigorous educational and testing requirements to obtain my broker's license, the highest real estate license issued by the State. 

I am a former mortgage banker.  Having owned and managed a mortgage brokerage, I know the intricacies of the lending industry.  This deep understanding will help me drive you to choosing the right mortgage company, the right loan officer, and the best mortgage product available.  I will not send you blindly through the doors of a local mortgage company.  We will work together to insure your investment is financed with the best loan instrument for your situation.   

Surprisingly real estate wasn't my first chosen profession.  I was retired early from the Richmond Police Department after being injured on-duty.  My experience as a police officer has proven extremely valuable to my clients.  My ability to identify troubled neighborhoods and security issues with your new home can help you rest easy knowing your family will be safe.  Even my experience as a hostage negotiator has come in handy during the tough spots in a transaction!
