It is my goal to be able to please all of my clients, all of the time...by providing them with honest data and opinions to make their sale or purchase succeed.
In Concord, I specialize in one pocket of town (an 8 minute walk to the train to Boston and wlaking distance to Concord Center), where many of the small capes are being replaced by $1.5 mil. homes. The small capes are wonderful for starter homes and for downsizing. The larger homes are new construction and have all the high end touches that is so the rage today.
In Brookline, the market is quite different and we deal mostly in condominium sales. The T suns through the city and everything you'll ever need is in Coolige Corner! The accessiblity to Boston is terrific too.
From Boston to Concord and all the towns in between, I have assisted buyers and sellers. Other than Brookline, I have sold condos in Boston, Arlington and Somerville and helped buyers in the same towns as well as Cambridge, Waltham and Newton.
