First time buyers are so exciting. It's so great to think back to how you felt when you purchased your first home and try to remember to look out for your client and the pitfalls and unexpected aspects of a home purchase. I got into the business to help first time buyers really enjoy the process and want to work with me again when they purchase their second, third and such. I want to be the one they tell their friends about because I really looked out for their interests through the entire process.

I also enjoy working with military transferees because I was an Army brat turned Army spouse. I know what it's like to move to a new home, to a new city, a new school, a new job and all new life...every two or three years. Now that my husband has retired and we chose the Huntsville area to be our home, I hope to be able to assist fellow retirees who will join us in this area. With no state tax on our military retirement in Alabama, it's yet one more fabulous reason to be here not to mention the "small-town feel" this growing city still enjoys, moderate weather and reasonable cost-of-living.
