Who am I?
A native to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, currently living in a northern suburb known as Owasso, Okahoma. I have spent 8 years as a professional firefigher/EMT in Owasso, Oklahoma, the community I love. My knowledge of the community provides an advantage as I am intimately familiar with each area of town.
Involved in Real Estate from a very young age as I shadowed my mentor, my father, who has owned and managed Real Estate for over 25 years now.
I followed my fathers advice and began purchasing residential Real Estate at the age of 23 to begin my long term investment journey. Managing 7 of my own Real Estate investments is both educational and rewarding.
My wife and tackled the sale of our first home "by owner." This built confidence to complete other "by owner" transactions. As I continued to puruse Real Estate education, I became licensed and joined one of the TOP 100 REAL ESTATE TEAMS in the local area. I am offered many tools to be successful and provide service to clients that is second to none.

| Jeff is very enjoyable to work with. He is responsive to your needs and works hard to occomplish your exact request adapting quickly to the style of home and neighborhood your looking for. Very efficient with the time viewing homes. I give him an "A+". I enjoyed every moment looking for a home with him and highly recommend him. You will be very pleased with his service. | Me and my wife are renting our first house from Jeff Yeates. He his very responsive when I call him to let him known there is something wrong with his house. For example, our bathtub was backed up, I gave him a call and was expecting him to show up in a few days and fix the issue, he actually showed up the same night I called him, which I was very surprised by that. Jeff also worked with us in regards of the move in date, first months rent , and security deposit. You know as well as I do, that is hard to find now a days. Jeff has made our first house renting experience be very joyful. I would recommend Jeff to family and friends any day of the week. |

| I rent from Jeff. A great landlord. A couple of months into my lease he texted me making sure everything at the house was going well. A couple of months after that my AC went out. I texted him and he got it fixed by the next morning. Love renting from him! |
