If he says he can deliver a certain result, he will deliver it. For these reasons, I highly recommend Jeffrey Samuels. I did not comment on Jeffrey's negotiation skills as he specifically allowed us to handle the negotiations pursuant to our request to do so. Regardless, I do not doubt Jeffrey's negotiation skills are anything less than impressive. |

| We have bought and sold a lot of homes over our married lives together. This had to be the easiest. Jeffrey came out on a Wednesday to meet with us and we decided to trust him with the sale of our house. He told us we could sell quickly and close within 45 days. So, it got listed on Friday and was sold by Monday and we closed in 45 days. There was nothing to complain about at all. He is very up front about the way the flat fee works and how he accomplishes it. We were very impressed. |
